Picture Perfect Productions – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client”, “you”) and Picture Perfect Productions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for any media production services provided.

By booking or commissioning our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide photography and/or videography services as agreed in writing with each Client.

2. Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement and any required deposit are needed to confirm your booking.
• Remaining fees are due upon delivery of final materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ownership & Usage of Media

• All media (photographs, video footage, edited works, raw files) remain property of Picture Perfect Productions.
• You are granted a license to use the final deliverables only for the specific purposes agreed in your contract.
• Any additional uses, repurposing, or resale require our prior written consent and may incur extra fees.
• A full ownership buyout may be negotiated for an additional fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing access, permissions, talent and locations needed for the shoot.
• You must ensure compliance with any venue rules or legal restrictions.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Cancellation fees may apply as detailed in your contract.
• We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where necessary, subject to availability.

6. Liability

• We will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering services.
• However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, technical failure, or delays caused by third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
